Our neighbors had JF Exteriors do a complete residing and a porch roof of their house last year, watching Jesus and his crew I was impressed with how well he treated his people, and how well everyone seemed to work together. Having been previously impressed with the quality of work completed, this year we asked them to replace the roof, and gutters on our house. Not an easy task, as we have an 110-year-old Victorian with a complex salt box style roof line including a metal roofed bow window, 3-sided bump out window in front and 4 hipped dormers. He brought a large crew of 11 people every day and the work was completed in only one week, with the gutters completed the following week by Thursday. The people working were competent, well trained and well equipped. They conducted themselves in a professional manner observing all necessary safety precautions and using restraint equipment whenever on the roof. The work was finished to our satisfaction. Jesus Flores is both knowledgeable and approachable when discussing the work needed, and will offer advice and expertise, when necessary, on how best to approach tricky issues in the work. He often can suggest several options for any issue that may arise. He is also easily reached by phone or email, and was never out of contact during the work. The total cost of the work completed was not more than any other contractor, and much less than most. They are not a cheap cut rate operation, but will likely bid well within your budget on any given work. We would definitely have them back when more work is needed and I am confident in recommending them to any person who is in need of home maintenance work.

We could not be happier with our decision to hire JF Exteriors. Not only was the work they did to replace out old aluminum siding with composite siding impeccable, but Jesus was a true professional and his crew are incredibly hard working. From the beginning Jesus was easy to get a hold of and showed up on time. He was a wealth of knowledge on our siding options and even brought us material samples to look through. He was able to fit our job in earlier than expected and his crew worked long hours to get it done before the cold rolled in. At the end of each workday, they thoroughly cleaned the job site. All along the way Jesus communicated how things were going and was very proactive in fixing any issues he found with our 100 year old house. His attention to detail is unmatched; he and his crew made sure every nail was painted and every crack and crevice sealed. On top of all of this, the prices were very fair and Jesus is one of the kindest people you will meet. You will not regret hiring this company!

Jesus and his teams at JF Exteriors have done outstanding work for us. in 2020 they installed new siding on our entire home. The team arrived early, stayed late and was a pleasure to work with. This was just after the pandemic began and they were very careful and respectful of safety. The neighbors observing the project consistently commented on the beautiful siding and the dedicated workers. We were so impressed with Jesus’ craftsmanship in creating beautiful trim around patio doors and windows. Two years later in 2022 when we needed to replace old skylights and the roof around them we knew just who to ask to do the work. Indeed, the roofing team also arrived early, stayed late, and figured out how to work around raindrops in getting the job done, carefully and beautifully. The final result is excellent. We’ve recommended JF Exteriors and Remodeling to several friends and they have been very pleased. Jesus is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented, and always follows through on what he tells you. If he says he’ll check on something and call you by the end of the day, he does! Jesus has trained his teams to be professional and reliable. We know we’ll need some windows replaced before too long and we’ll of course be checking with Jesus about this project. Jesus owns the business and was a pleasure to work with. We had him reside our house and during the process noted some additional needs on the roof that he repaired during the same time frame. He subcontracted out for gutter replacement that was integrated into the project. He was very available conscientious and attentive to detail. He worked with a crew of 6 that showed up every day except rain days and worked from 7:30 to at times past 8:00. On the week they lost a day to the rain they showed up on Saturday and worked a full day. He replaced underlying boards that had deteriorated and totally wrapped the house before putting on the new siding. They were craftsman and did a beautiful job. At the end of the day they always cleaned up. Neighbors commented on the beautiful job they did and their work ethic. I would rehire this company for any additional work I needed done and highly recommend them.
